Things are really going well in Rock Hill. We finished the interior construction yesterday and are almost finished with the exterior part of the project. There is so much to do when you are opening a new restaurant: project design, construction, equipment installation, décor, hiring, training, practicing, and the list goes on. It’s always fun to see these projects progress…almost like watching a child grow. They start out as a thought put down on paper and quickly grow into a viable & exciting entity. We will keep you posted on our progress over the next couple of weeks and hopefully provide you with some pictures as we move towards completion of the project…up to opening day. We are very excited to be in Rock Hill and look forward to a long relationship with the community!

Life in the Fast Lane!
October 14th, 2009Welcome to Life in the Fast Lane, a blog dedicated to great food, great times and to enjoying the very best in sports entertainment from around the world. As a guy who grew up in professional and college football, I have always had a real appreciation for the passion that sports fans have for their favorite teams and I wanted to create a place where fans from all over, regardless of team or favorite sport, could come and feel welcome. I also wanted a restaurant that really focused on serving the best food you’d find anywhere on the planet. I believe and I hope you agree that Fast Lane Good Times Bar & Grill fits the bill. We use only the finest ingredients and make almost everything on our menu from scratch. Our burgers are handcrafted using 100% USDA fresh ground beef, our thick steaks and Philly cheese steaks are hand cut from aged, Midwestern grain fed ribeye loins, our chicken tenders are hand breaded to order and our side items, dressings and sauces are all made fresh daily.
This is a blog where R&D ideas are discussed and lighthearted dialogue takes place about what’s currently going on in the sports restaurant biz. In our restaurants we take our greatest pleasure in celebrating life’s simple moments and it’s in that spirit that we have launched this blog. In the restaurant business some stories are told at odd hours and odd stories are told at all hours so drop in whenever you can, catch up with what’s going on and participate in the discussion.
